PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO OUR BYLAWS?
According to Article X – Section A – Procedure of the WCUSBCA Bylaws, any member of the association may submit proposed amendments to these bylaws. The local association bylaws may be amended at any membership meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members/Youth Representatives present and voting.
If you wish to submit a proposed amendment, submit your change in writing to:

Amendments will be proposed, and voting will take place at the
Annual Open Membership Meeting in July 2025

Attend board meetings 3x @ year; participate on 1 or more committees;
Assist at tournaments and association events;
Attend annual NYS or National conventions as a delegate & report to the board
